Terms of Service

Welcome to Focusdoro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Focusdoro website, app, OBS overlay, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Focusdoro ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or to other users.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Focusdoro offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing a plan you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice before the next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful.
• Bypass rate limits, abuse free-tier limits, or circumvent access controls.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (themes, tasks, settings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. If you publish a theme or other content publicly, you grant other users a license to view and use it within the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third parties such as Twitch, YouTube, OBS, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the relevant third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and may disable an integration at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, brand, and content created by us, is owned by Focusdoro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focusdoro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Focusdoro operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence.
